Lead Engineer

  • Responsibilities:
    • Build the analytics software product (event-driven AWS SaaS analytics architecture, core technologies: Python, pandas, AWS EventBridge, AWS Step Functions)
    • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain a scalable, highly-available, autonomous, intelligent, and reliable system
    • Establish software engineering processes and discipline for fast and reliable development of high-quality software product
    • Lead a team of software engineers, work with cross functional teams across multiple countries and time zones
  • Skills:
    • Design, code, test, deploy, and maintain software

Business Analytics Associate

  • Responsibilities:
    • On-board customers onto our enterprise decision analytics platform, set up dataflows, ensure data tie-out from a technical and business perspective
    • Determine business gaps and opportunities in the large set of analyses we produce for our clients, assure data accuracy and model integrity, and provide consulting on data-driven decision-making
    • Design and prototype data pipelines and decision models to systematically improve decision-making
  • Skills: business perspective, data understanding, communication. If you do not know the basics of using MS Excel for data analysis (see below), you are not qualified.
    • To get the job: we assess your skills in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and (optionally) Pandas as a way to determine your grasp of the business question, data-wrangling/statistics, and analysis. In MS Excel, you should know about working with number, text, and date fields in large data-sets (freeze-panels, auto-filter, sort, pivot, tables, remove duplicates), formulas (vlookup, countif, sumif, eomonth, weekday, average, median, quartile, etc.), and charts (including scatter, column, column and line, bubble, histogram, box & whisker, waterfall, etc.).   • Career Path: We enable learning-by-doing on our decision analytics platform. The platform uses Python, Python libraries such as Pandas, Pulp, etc., MongoDB, and AWS Cloud. For prototyping and support we use tools such as MS Excel, Jupyter notebooks, VS Code, etc. Domains of learning include decision intelligence, data engineering, data stewardship, etc. We assess performance, rate-of-learning and aptitude. We assign to teams based on ability and preference.

  • Responsibilities: An experienced and highly organized Business Analytics Process Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing analytics services to international clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business objectives.
    • Deliver business analysis projects, ensuring that high quality deliverables are provided on time and within budget
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, business units, and subject matter experts to identify, analyze, and execute process improvements
